The Behavioural Design Academy is a knowledge institute on the power of behavioural psychology to make better marketing, communication and organizations. In a full 2-day program we give senior industry experts the knowledge and tools to understand human decision-making and effectively change behaviour.

I co-designed the program together with Tom de Bruyne and Astrid Groenewegen, founders of SUE Amsterdam. And I led the Behavioural Design Academy in its first months in the role of Director.

The BDA has trained 350+ industry experts by now, of which I have trained 150+ people myself.
