I was hired by one of the biggest Belgian Communication Agencies to train their experts to design better workshops and become better facilitators.
The project consisted of:
- a masterclass on the building blocks to design the perfect workshop;
- an example workshop in which some theory got applied to a challenge of the agency;
- a coaching day with 1-on-1 sessions between me and the participants, in which I gave advice on their personal challenges;
- a closing day in which the participants shared their learnings and best practices were mapped.
